Before we know, we are at the end of summer already and we are still in the middle of a pandemic situation. While we can't control the pandemic, one thing we can control is our outfit. One of my favorite summer to fall transitional outfit is a summer dress over an outer. My go to outer that can be worn almost all year long is a denim jacket. If you don't own one, I highly recommend you to get one! It's a classic and can be worn for years to come.

Another my go to outer is a blazer. I like mine to be a bit long and hit at the hips for a more modern feel. A blazer is a great option as an outer over your dress for a dressier event. While a denim jacket suits many occasion, sometimes a dinner date or a birthday dinner just calls for a good ole blazer.
Anyway, here's the dress without any outer. I love the cottage core vibes this dress has.
