So much love for this dress! I just adore the gorgeous lively prints and the surprising metallic details on the neckline and sleeves. This dress is in full bloom for spring. I have been buying more and more floral printed items to get ready for this flowery season.
Wishing all of you a fun weekend and a very happy long weekend for Indonesians!
A super late review from my latest trip to Bali two months ago! Ultimo is an Italian restaurant which has great reviews either it be from online or from friends who has visited this place before. Appearently usually there's a long waiting list during dining hours but luckily, my friends and I went there around 5PM and there weren't any line but there were plenty of tables which have "RESERVED" signs. So I guess, better to book first before you go.
"The world is getting busier and louder with each passing moment and you get so caught up in the frenzy of it all that there isn't time any more just to sit under the tree or by the lake and listen to the still, small voice of your Creator. But if you would do that, if you would listen, you would hear the most beautiful words; God loves you."- Monica from Touched by An Angel series.
Hello, weekend! These set of pictures are from quite a few weekends ago which I only find time to sort out and edited today. So happy that I finally able to share my adventure to Dusun Bambu! It's a vast area of green and fresh air. Which is a much needed getaway space from our hectic daily live in the city of Bandung. To get here is quite an adventure itself but the place is worth the drive!
Helo Strangers new arrival is here! We have tops and skirts all in affordable prices. Shipping to Indonesia only. Do check out our Instagram feed @helostrangers :)
Here I'm wearing top and skirt from our March collection. I always love bows and that little detail on my collar is just perfection.
Wishing all of you a good rest of the week!
Two Cents Coffee Shop is a recently opened coffee shop (obviously) slash cafe around Progo area. I went there around January and I wasn't exactly impressed. My cafe latte tastes thin and I only finished it because I was sleepy. I went there on a weekday during lunchtime and the place was empty, which was preferred because we could take as many pics as we want without being intruding.
"I hadn't been out to the hives before, so to start off she gave me a lesson in what she called 'bee yard etiquette'. She reminded me that the world was really one bee yeard, and the same rules work fine in both places. Don't be afraid, as no life-loving bee wants to sting you. Still, don't be an idiot; wear long sleeves and pants. Don't swat. Don't even think about swatting. If you feel angry, whistle. Anger agitates while whistling melts a bee's temper. Act like you know what you're doing, even if you don't. Above all, send the bees love. Every little thing wants to be loved." - The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd.
Two Hands Full opened around the end of year of 2013 and still continue to be my go-to destination for a good coffee (it's super near to my house!). I do believe they use Arabica grind instead of the strong Robusta. I'm not a coffee savy person but I do appreciate a nice cup of coffee and I prefer them mild instead of strong because I want to stay awake during the day but still need my beauty sleep!
I have no idea if a mullet is still a trend or not and honestly didn't think about it that far when I get this top. It has the prettiest shade of pink and I thought it'll look cool without being too striking. Do you still wear your mullet skirt? I don't. But I'll wear this one. And I definitely picking up my pastel items more and more these days in the spirit of spring.
