Shape Your Body

With all the lockdowns thanks to Covid-19, all of us are getting less mobile and naturally less active. I’m not gonna lie, I gained two kilograms since the pandemic started. My jeans and pants are definitely getting a little tight. Which is a good sign to start taking more care about my body. Just because we're in lockdown doesn't mean we can't look good, right?

If you’re not a big fan of exercising and eating only salads, waist trainer for women can really help getting your waistline in control. I personally have used waist trainer (latex with 9 bones) before and it really works! You do need to be diligent but I did get from my waist from 78cm to 74cm in just 3 weeks. I wore it 7 to 8 hours per day 6 days a week. I didn’t loose any weight during those 3 weeks and still my waistline did get smaller.

I did, however wished I have used a vest version of the waist trainer since my backfat is inproportionate to my waist. I haven’t try it yet but heard good things about it.

For a more extreme body shaping, you can try a full body shaper. This one is not for the weak of heart. I have only use waist trainer and I did felt restricted. But, it’s a great one to own if you like to wear tight fitting clothing and can use some support. I believe a nude color is the wiser option since it can blends better when you’re wearing light colored outfit.

But of course we also need to exercise and eat a balanced diet. While a good body is nice, a healthy body is the best one to have. It surely not a problem to eat cake from time to time. What the pandemic has taught me is that life is short, eat the damn cake.
