3 Summer Outfit with Snakeskin Print Trend

Hi, guys!
I have always love snakeskin print when it started to emerge at fashion runways but I wasn't sure if I could ever pull it off and I tried on a snakeskin print blazer once and it just looks so weird on me. LOL. I guess my girl-next-door style was a bit taken aback by the coolness and boldness that this print has. BUT, I did able to make leopard print work (read my three fall looks featuring leopard print here) and basically snakeskin print is the new leopard print; therefore I decided to give it a try this summer.

My first look is my favorite look out of this three. Short sleeve blazer with matching shorts set is having a moment these past few months and it comes in any colors you can think of. I found blazers look great with a belt bag since it accentuates the waist so I paired this set with a snakeskin print version.

A bag or a belt (or both in this case) is an easy way to incorporate snakeskin print trend to your summer outfit. It is still a focus point in your outfit but it's not too much. The short sleeves and shorts will still make you comfortable in this summer heat. I would most definitely wear this look again and again this summer.
This belt bag would also look great with a white women summer dress. It would add shape and interesting details to your plain dress.

The second look is not a favorite since my headband and my belt doesn't match that well. As you can see my headband is more gray while my belt is more brown. I suppose the idea isn't bad (an all white outfit with snakeskin print accent) as long as the color matches. I personally prefer brown-ish snakeskin print since my skin tone is warm and it looks better with warm colors.

Third but surely not the least is a snakeskin print skirt. This skirt is so elastic and the fabric is so soft and breathable; it's definitely a keeper. You most definitely want to steer away from anything leather in the summer.
If you tried on a snakeskin print on top and it looks off, try it on your bottom part. Shorts, pants, skirts, you name it. Taking the print to the bottom really helps me to pull it off since it's away the face.

I think a skirt is so much more versatile than let's say, a snakeskin print shirt. You can easily mix and match it with a brown sweater for fall, with a white shirt for a date night, or a black t-shirt like me for a casual Saturday. And it will look like a completely three brand new outfits.
This look is actually cute, in my opinion. Opted for a t-shirt for and slip ons for a relaxed lunch vibe.

What do you think about the snakeskin print trend? Is it cool or do you think it's tacky? Let me know in the comments.
