Puffy sleeve is a trend that I have been loving lately. It has that romantic Disney princess vibe that I’m really into. And surprisingly, it’s quite flattering for my big upper arm. The trick to wear this trend is to keep everything on the bottom fuss free and preferably tight. You want to balance the puffiness at the top with something that is form-fitting at the bottom like the pencil skirt that I wore in the picture above.
For dresses, you also want to make sure the bottom part is fuss free. Pencil skirt is ideal but A line type of skirt is still acceptable.
If you're pairing it with pants, avoid cullottes and stick with skinny jeans or straight pants like I did. A chic office look indeed.
What do you think about this puffy sleeve trend? I personally love it and was truly surprised how flattering it can be. It can be a bit comical and childish but I find a full make up and heels helps to balance it all. Plenty of stores are stocking tops and dresses with puffy sleeves so it is easy to jump in to this trend.
