November Favourites

Hi, guys!
It has been a very long and heavy day but I always feel writing is therapeutic so here I am typing about a few things that I have been loving in the month of November.

I will be very sad when I'm out of this micellar cleansing wipes from Simple. I bought this back in UK so I can clean my make up inside the plane for our flight home. Didn't expect much but I did heard about Simple cleansing wipes quite often from Jenn Im so I thought I'd give it a try and as it turns out I love it. I don't use it for after exercise since I don't use make up when I work out tho. It does moisturise my skin and I don't have to pull and tug to take off my eye make up. Definitely a recommended wipes!

Most of my perfume are light and designed to be worn in a tropical country so I wanted something that's a bit more musky for the cold weather in UK. Bought this merely a day before I leave and it's the one I've been wearing even until I got home from my trip. It has black vanilla, frozen pear, and blooming gardenia creating a flirty scent that's not too cute and a little more mature. Deserve a try if you're looking for a perfume for night time.

Finally jump on the bandwagon of a Dior Addict and I never looked back ever since. So this is my very first Dior lip tattoo and I got this in 351 (I believe it's also called "Natural Nude"). I love wearing it for my everyday look as it gives your lip colour but in a very natural way. It doesn't dry your lip at all and I love that I can kiss my cheeky nephew freely without leaving a mark. The vanilla minty scent doesn't hurt either. Definitely getting another color!

Another purchase I made in UK. Bought this just simply out of boredom, which is weird since I have like, 5 mascaras already , yet I'm always curious to try another one. I mostly bought it because of the packaging, it's a gorgeous rose gold colour, and yet, the product is actually pretty decent. I have been using it a lot for my no make up make up look.

I don't even know where to begin with this book. It might not be Dan Brown's best book but I have to say I enjoyed reading it very much. I seriously had a hard time to put this book down and I might ship Ambra with Prof. Langdon more instead her with the Prince of Spain. And it might not filled to the brim with deciphering symbols but my goodness the plot twist is AMAZING. If you think you know who Regent is, think again. All in all, I would be more than happy to re-read this book again.

SPOILER ALERT! Don't read if you haven't watched Thor : Ragnarok yet.
You guys know I have the biggest crush on Benedict Cumberbatch so it's only natural that this movie is a favourite considering Dr. Strange cameo. And I was so happy that Loki gets more screen time in Ragnarok. I do have to say that Thor : Ragnarok has a little too many comedy scenes and altho I'm not complaining, it does hurt the movie a little bit. I feel like the jokes can be a bit more subtle like Loki's "Tadaa" when him, Thor, and Jane made it to Svartalfheim in a flying boat back in The Dark World.
Although, I don't mind the market scene of Thor and Dr. Banner, I feel like that was pretty cute with the right amount of funny while keeping the pace moving. The Get Help scene wasn't entirely necessary but I don't hate it either. In conclusion, I feel like the jokes in Ragnarok belongs in Guardians of the Galaxy. Yet again, we are finally going to get a meet up between Guradians of the Galaxy and the Avengers in Infinity War so I'll let this one go. The only bad thing is the cheap CGI on a supposedly sad scene when Odin passed away. I mean, they don't think we'll notice that he background looks off??
I'm rambling, but Thor : Ragnarok is definitely my favourite movie in November. Justice League comes close tho!

Last but surely not the least, my UK Trip is for sure, a favourite in November. I only made the first two days when we're in London but do stay tuned for more!

Anyway, wishing everyone a great week ahead! Can't believe it's only 20 days left until Christmas.
