September Favourites

Hi, guys!
I know you are tired of hearing this, but apologies for posting 5 days late. Ever since I got back from Bali, I haven't been feeling 100%. More like around 70-80% on a good day and as low as 50% on a bad day. Also, due to that fact, I don't have that much stuff that I like this month, but without further ado, these are some stuff that I have been loving in the month of September.

Purchased this L'oreal Telescopic mascara out of sheer boredom and turns out I LOVE IT. Dare I say, it's a nice budget option if you like Benefit's Roller Lash? Yes, I do. I think it's definitely worth the money. It lifts up and lengthens my non-existent straight short Asian lashes. My mom even asked if I got an eyelash extension once. Definitely look out for this one next time you went grocery shopping.

I heard so many good things about this Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum and I can clarify that all the buzz is well-reasoned. My skin has never been this supple in my entire life and I only use it every two days in fear my skin might not pair well with it. It has only been a month and I can only imagine how prolonged-use of this serum will do. Better and better, I supposed.

My mom got this watch as a birthday present for me and I have been wearing them throughout all September' weekends. It's a tad bit fancy for weekday and I let my trusty Daniel Wellington do the job. I love the rose gold colour and the double J feature, oh so chic.

Oh my goodness this book is so delicious especially if you love that lavish lifestyle but can't afford one, LOL. I didn't read this in one go since the first few chapters were kinda dizzying with so many characters and relatives and their multi billionaire companies and their royalty bloodlines. But after you get all that, this book is so hard to put down. Kevin Kwan manages to whisk us away to the world of excess and it does remind me a lot of The Great Gasby. I was drawn to Rachel and Nick relationship in an instant, and I also really like Astrid a lot. There isn't that much storyline resolved in the end, definitely must read his other two books in this series.

HOW CUTE is this unicorn birthday cake? My husband is being so extra this year. He said my birthday present is still on the way but I can't hardly wait!

Another highlight of September (besides my birthday, of course) is our Bali trip. You can watch what we did there in this video below. If you like the video, do give it a thumbs up and subscribe if you haven't already.

Wishing everyone a great midweek!
