Sadang Korean BBQ Bandung

As you can see from the photos above, I have no complain about the space or about the interior. I do feel like it gives nods to Korean culture here and there. And they did it in the perfect dose, not too much. We went there for lunch on a weekday but the place was not empty. There are four or five other tables that were full which is a good indication! I mean, almost all restaurants are full on weekend, but to have more than two customers on a weekday? Not to mention on lunch hours, it really convinces me that the food here is good.

Their ban can (appetisers) came out fast enough. As well as our order although the place was not crowded, so I'm not sure how it's going to be when the tables are full. A waiter came to our table and cooked for us so that was fun! You can do instastory or snapchat without the hassle. 

We ordered their signature dish which is this Dak Galbi (a chicken based meal with veggies and sauces) with mozzarella cheese topping. The cheese was generous and honestly, the only thing that makes this dish yummy. The chicken itself wasn't bad, it was tender enough although it could do with more seasoning. For 89k, it's not the worst meal I have ever had but definitely not the best either. The menu said it serves 3-4 people but me and my fiancee finished it just fine. LOL. I would say portion is small which when you think of it, makes it kinda pricey.

Overall we had a pleasant time and the waiter and waitress were all friendly although nothing special in terms of service. I don't think I will ever come back considering Bandung has ample Korean restaurants that have better tastes. But I might come back just to give this restaurant a better shot to impress me :)
