Gratitude Game

Hi, guys!
First of all, Happy Thanksgiving. Here in my country we don't really celebrate Thanksgiving but I do like the idea of dedicating one day to just gather around your loved ones and being grateful. Altho, of course, you do need to practice gratitude attitude everyday of your life.
Found this adorable little gratitude game while browsing Pinterest and I thought I share it with all of you.

1) Name a person you are thankful for
This one is a tricky one since I consider every single person in my life to be special and I really am thankful for all of them. But if I have to mention just one name, I would have to say my dad. (Sorry, hubs, I'm daddy's little girl) He has been there every single time I need him even at times when I didn't ask for any help. My husband is the real deal in terms of helping of course since we do live together, and he's amazing, but when things get too heavy, I always ask for my dad's advice.

2) Name a place you are thankful for
Again, this question really made me think. I was going to say my apartment which we are currently living in, but that sounds a little boring, so I would have to say, I am thankful for the gym. Now, I won't say the name of my gym place, but honestly, I always leave that place feeling better. I do enjoy working out (light to moderate cardio only, tho, nothing heavy) especially alone. Despite being surrounded by strangers, it feels like a me time where my introvert self can recharge. And maybe it's the adrenaline talking but yeah, thanks, gym!

3) Name a food you are thankful for
Hmm.. Being married to a foodie, I do have a lot of choices but if I only have to choose one food, I'm thankful for a hot noodle soup on a cold rainy day especially when you have runny nose. I think my husband will approve.

4) Name a thing you are thankful for
I'm thankful for my blog and you, readers. I mean, obviously, right? I have no idea what kind of magic forces that's been keeping me blogging in the past six years but it has been one of my favourite hobby, besides reading.

5) Name anything you are thankful for
Last but surely not least, I'm thankful for my God. Because even when I'm not, He is ever so faithful. Honestly, without God, and my relationship with God, I would be lost, deep in worry and anxiety. But through the Bible, praise and worship, He grants me this peace. And yes, I do still worry but nothing that would drag me back to the depression state that I once was in. Anyway, I'm just going to end this post with one of my favourite verse. Jeremiah 29 : 11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Well, thank you for reading and wishing everyone is having a great time with your family and loved ones on this Thanksgiving day because your future is hopeful and prosperous.
