Went to the recently opened Braci Bandung located at Jl. Sulanjana. We went to Braci Bandung on a Saturday for lunch and we got a table right away.
Braci Bandung defines itself as a casual dining all day kind of place. I would have to agree. Braci Bandung is not by all mean fancy but obviously far from shabby. It’s a happy medium where you can dress up a little.
Braci Bandung is actually spacious but since they renovated an old house, there are a lot of supporting pillars which gives the cramped impression.
The small pool/pond adds a nice modern touch.
I ordered Rib Eye Fetucine (Rp 129k).
The rib eye was tender and seasoned well. The pasta was al dente and the sauce has a nice flavor as well. Nothing to overpowering. I do enjoy the green pesto oil around the pasta. It adds a nice nutty flavor.
Husband ordered Mushroom Truffle Pizza (Rp 75k).
The pizza has a lot of cheese, in a good way. I think the sour tomato sauce balances the cheese and the mushroom nicely tho. This one is really nice too!
We also ordered their Saint Honore dessert (Rp 55k)
Basically it’s two cream puff with more cream. So good! Not too sweet but oh so creamy.
The caramel sauce on top of the puff was too sweet tho. But other components were perfect.
Overall we had a nice time.
Food and drinks come out really fast!
Which is impressive considering place was only opened a month ago. Service was good. All the waiters were attentive.
We arrived around 12 PM and there were about half tables empty but Braci Bandung soon fill up when we leave around 1 PM.
Parking was small tho.
