Hi, everyone.
Spring is in the air and it's the perfect time to bring out your flowery perfumes. I find spring to be my favorite season to wear perfumes since the weather is not too cold where scents are just gone and it's not too hot where scents are amplified tenfold because of the heat. Flowery scent is also my favorite type hence I do have quite a collection of perfumes that are very spring.

Interior refresh
An interior refresh is always a good idea for any new season. Yet, for Spring is totally necessary. With the lighter evening and brighter days, it feels right to have a tidy and declutter. It is also necessary to make use of the fresher air. Open the curtains earlier, take-down any blinds that are blocking the light, and ensure your AC unit is working just in case the temperatures get warmer than you were anticipating. Repairs may be necessary if you haven't used the unit for a while throughout the winter. So you may benefit from air-conditioning repair to fix up the electrics and ensure you are set for Spring.

Lighter clothes
Speaking of feeling lighter and fresher for Spring, the season is a great time to refresh your wardrobe. It's an exciting time as it means you can tuck away all your heavy coats and warm knits, and swap them for lighter jacket and airy cardigans or t-shirts. Spring is a great time to switch to trainers or lighter boots, instead of those that feel clunky.

If you are into dresses and skirts, the Spring is a great time to transition into longer variations of those. You could also wear ribbed dresses or skirts, which provide warmth but look and feel lighter to align with the weather.

Outdoor activities
Springtime is a great time to spend more time outside. Instead of spending the evenings cooped up inside, you can spend them in the garden. You could enjoy an early dinner or or crack out the fairy lights and games when the sun goes down. A great addition to any garden patio is a heater, which will keep you warm on cooler days. Plus, some even doubled up as a BBQ for the summer months.

Stay hydrated
Your skin will also appreciate the warmer and brighter days. To ensure you and your skin stay hydrated while the weather warms up, ensure to keep drinking plenty of water. While this might seem like an age-old trick, drinking plenty of water really is one of the best things that you can do to make your skin feel refreshed. It is recommended that you drink about 8 glasses of water a day -- you could make it nicer by adding in fruit and vegetables such as cucumber, strawberries, and lemon. You could also have a large water bottle which you can fill up throughout the day as this can encourage you to drink more and keep an eye on how much you are drinking.

No matter what time of year it is, adding some colourful accents to your outfits is a great way to brighten up your day. You can embrace the colours of spring and summer and make your wardrobe more cheery during the winter. If you want to make your outfits more colourful, you might be a little worried about going over the top. Too many colours could result in an outfit that's too busy and loud. You could end up looking like a toddler that dressed themselves if you're not careful. Fortunately, adding some colourful accents to your outfits doesn't have to be difficult.

Try Out Accessories

There are plenty of accessories that can add some splashes of colour to your outfit, from head to toe. You might start by wearing a colourful pair of shoes, a belt, scarf, or perhaps a purse or handbag. Some people choose to match these things, but not everyone likes a matchy-matchy look. A colourful hat can be appropriate for some outfits too, whether it's a winter hat to keep you warm, a sunhat, or just a hat to accessorise your outfit. Even glasses or sunglasses can be used to add some bright colour to your look.

Wear Bright Jewellery

On top of other accessories, jewellery can be a great choice to add some colourful accents to your outfit too. The great thing about jewellery is that not only can you wear it in different places but it also comes in a huge range of styles and sizes. You can choose something subtle for just a tiny flash of colour or a larger statement piece. Some beautiful jewellery from Opals Australia could instantly add some colour to any outfit. Whether you wear necklace, earrings, bracelet, or a colourful ring, you can brighten up your look with jewellery.

Layer Colours

Your clothes can be used to add colour to your outfit too. If you're scared of wearing anything too bright, you can layer brighter colours with more neutral or darker colour. You might wear a colourful cardigan over a black dress or perhaps some tights in a bright shade with neutral skirt. Layering is a great way to use lots of colour but still keep your outfits from being too bright. You can add colour as you want to, whether it's just one item of clothing or several pieces in different colours.

Use Makeup for a Pop of Colour

If you're thinking about how to do your makeup, it can be another great way to add a pop of colour to your look. Choose a colourful lipstick that stand out or have fun experimenting with eyeshadow to make the colourful additions to your look a little more subtle. You could even consider thinking beyond makeup and thinking about how to add more colour by dying your hair or using a colourful hair accessory.

Make your outfits just a little bit more colourful by adding some bright accents. The right colours can turn an ordinary outfit into something more special.

Spring is just around the corner so here are seven outfits with everyone's favorite color lately; lilac.
