I'm sorry it took me almost a week just to do a recap. I definitely had tons of fun creating ten looks out of ten items and my summer edition is coming together a little slow mostly because of my busy schedule. But, it is coming. Anyway, the ten items I chose have one colour palette of mostly pink with one yellow wildcard just to mix things up. Thus, making it a pretty easy breezy job to come up with ten outfits.
My least favourite outfit is Look 5 (yellow top + white culotte combo). It looks okay in pics but I feel it's the least figure flattering of all. Also, I think I should've chosen a colourful bag just to anchor to whole outfit. Meanwhile, my favourite is Look 7 (suede jacket + jeans combo). It just had the right amount of spring colour and yet still wearable for fall. On the plus side, this outfit is super comfy! I try my best to limit my bags and shoes choices as well. I wore two sandals, one wedges, and two heels. For bags, I also had five choices for variation and accents.
Overall, I think the items I'll choose to be in my capsule wardrobe are ... all of them. Except for the yellow top. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to figure out an outfit I like with this blouse. I guess it's the fit that's just not right.
Anyway, I have been struggling creating the summer edition. I guess I'm just winded with all the wedding preparation but hopefully I'll get my mojo back and finish before June 15th.
