Make Up Empties and Repurchases

Hi, guys!
In this post I will talk about some make up items that I've finished using.
I actually love all of them. I really thought I would have at least one item that I don't like but I repurchased them all.
I've collected these in the past three to four months and yeah, these are good stuff!

1) Rimmel Stay Matte Primer
I found myself reaching for this primer more often than my Benefit Pore-fessional Matte Rescue. This little buddy really did an amazing job keeping my oily t-zone matte for a good 6-8 hours. And on the flip size, they are so much more affordable than the Benefit ones.

2) Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
I bought the Anti-Aging in March and it lasts a good 6 months before I'm having trouble getting enough product. I only wear eyeshadows on the weekend tho. I do feel a big difference in term of the intensity of colour when I use and when I didn't use a primer. And I guess eyeshadows lasts a tad bit longer with primer. I do noticed my eyeliner doesn't bleed at all when I use this primer. Decided to try Eden and in a bigger size this time.

3) Concealers
I think I've made enough statements about how much I love my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer so obviously, I always repurchased them. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer has decent coverage but I like it because it's very practical with the twist feature. Maybelline Fit Me Concealer is not my 1st option of concealers, but it does the job all right for those time when I just need to run errands and not meeting anyone. I got a 20 shade and it was too dark so I got a 15 now. I feel like it's quite similar to my skin. Honestly, the many shades are a big convenient but it can be confusing too.

3) NYX Stay Matte but Not Flat Powder Foundation
I hit pan after pan after pan with this one. I think this is my 5th or 6th pan now and as you can see, I've used it a lot. This powder foundation have decent coverage but the formula feels very lightweight unlike my MAC Studio Fix (it's my 3rd pan but since I got this, I rarely use my MAC) so I've been using it for weekdays because it's so practical. With the right prep, this powder foundation lasts a good 6 hours on me before I start to notice some fading around my nose area. But when I use my MAC Studio Fix, by the 6th hours, the flaking around my nose will look awful already. I didn't have that problem with NYX.

4) Jesse's Girl Liquid Eyeliner
This is my 4th Jesse's Girl eyeliner and I love it! It's so precise and there's a right amount of product coming out whenever you draw your eyeliner. The tip does go flimsy very quick but that maybe because I use this everyday on weekdays (I use Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner for weekends). They do bleed without proper priming but nothing ridiculous. You won't get a panda eye, I promise.

 5) The Face Shop Chia Seed Cleansing Wipes
I am absolutely obsessed with the smell of these wipes. I feel like I'm in some kind of a spa or something whenever I smell it. These do an okay job taking off your make up but nothing stellar. They don't leave an oily feel after using tho, which is a big plus! Your face feels fresh but not squeaky clean. I do wash my face again with a cleansing foam after this.

6) Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
This micellar water really is revolutionary. They take off your make up so effortlessly and it leaves your face feeling super clean. I don't feel the need to wash my face anymore. The best part? It doesn't sting your eyes at all! I think I will try Bioderma ones once I used up the new bottle.

So that's pretty much it. I hope you enjoy reading this.
And I hope everyone is having an awesome midweek!
