How to Wear : Long Vest

long vest - Helo Strangers // white top - Minimal // necklace - H&M
ripped jeans - Stradivarius // bag - Phillip Lim Pashli // heels - New Look

How do you wear your long vest? It was a trendy item last spring and I only follow the trend now because I'm anti-mainstream like that. I do love how it covers your hip and just overall creates a slimer figure by layering without the extra heat like a blazer does.

I'd wear them with anything, really! It's just such an easy thing to wear. You can wear it like me, with a solid top and your beloved distressed denim, an outfit that can be worn to work or a casual hang out. Also, I can totally imagine wearing this with tanktops and shorts. I don't suggest to wear it over a fit and flare dress however.. Or anything that is flared on the bottom. Tried that and it was a no-go! I think a fitted dress like a bandage dress would look really cute with this long vest and those on trend metallic pointy slippers.

I am still pretty much in love with my 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli. It holds so much stuff and it fits my Nikon D5000 easily. This one is slowly turning into my go-to bag for those busy days a.k.a everyday bag.  Not to mention the taupe color it's a no brainer to match with my mostly colorful outfit. Trying to switch things up with my make-up routine which usually only consists of (on photo-taking days) BB cream, compact powder, a little bronzer, a little blush on, eyebrows, and eyeliners. I am nowhere near a make-up junkie but I recently bought NYX Revenge Palette and had so much fun trying out new eyeshadows! I've been watching more and more eyeshadow tutorial and I promise to practice and practice :) Oh, and I FINALLY bought a mascara.. LOL

Anyway, this long vest is from my store @helostrangers instagram and it's also available in white. I like the black one better because the white reminded me of a doctor somehow. But anyway, do check out our July Collection and shop shop shop.

Have a great week, loves!
