Hi, everyone.
Went to the recently opened Umanari Cafe & Resto Bandung last week. We went there for a lunch on a Friday and Umanari Cafe & Resto Bandung was quite packed. We noticed only two or three tables left.
Umanari Cafe & Resto Bandung has that Bali vibe with the pool and just the overal design. It was mostly outdoor so there was no air con but it appears they are preparing for a second floor tho.
Their Char Kway Teow (Rp 45k) was delish!
It has that smokey flavour and the seasoning was just right.
I’d say portion is small tho.
Their Mapo Tofu Beef (Rp 40k) was also really delicious.
It wasn’t too spicy but still full of flavour.
This dish doesnt come with rice.
Their Umanari Green Curry (Rp 60k) was dissapointing tho considering the price.
The curry tastes like broth, like a curry supposed to have that little bit of thickness. Flavour wise it also lacked seasoning. Def would not recommend this dish.
For drink, we ordered Watermelon Lemonade.
It was so good we ordered one more glass.
It is refreshing with the watermelon and the lemonade zings your palate just the right amount.
Overall we had a pleasant time. Food and drinks come out surprisngly fast considering the place was packed.
Place is also not ideal for children under 7 who likes to run around. For now, also not ideal for big parties. Maybe 6 to 8 people can sit comfortably but def not more than that. Parking kinda small.
