I personally in love with its electric blue color and the smart cut that are so fashion forward. I expect a more sheer version but it turned out they are thicker (tho not as thick as Zara's) but all in all, a great substitute  :)

I honestly love my friends. Especially my girlfriends. They keep me sane and girl's day out is the best kind of day! We can talk about our clothes, our hair, and our makeups all day long with no one to complain. It's a casual hang out so a printed blouse is a definite "do" since it creates a fun vibe while the yellow will gives that cheery tone to the whole outfit. Anything printed and bright colored are always a good match for a plain highwaist shorts because those prints help to update the vintage vibe from the highwaist form.

This is the second series of my 3 Ways to Wear Highwaisted Shorts! I use one shorts in purpose to show how you can recycle any item to create a brand new look. All it takes is just a little inspiration, trust, and a sprinkle of fairy dust..

For a date night, you want to aim for something romantic and polished but not too high maintanance. Along with the highwaist shorts (with a good fabric ofcourse, avoid anything too sheer or jeans) pair it with a pink top and add an outer layer to create that "put together" look without trying too hard. A heels with bow to add just enough sweetness for the whole outfit!

I always find a highwaist shorts are prominent when it comes to summer outfit. You can call it almost a uniform. It is unbelieveably versatile. Here's one when I think about a roadtrip. Or running errands. Or anything that involves walking around outdoors all day long. A fuss free top (yes, it does remind me of Kenzo tee!) and a trusty oxfords ready to accompany your journey :)

About a week ago, I decided to get this I love Paris wall-sticker. This is super easy to do, no hazzle, no ugly remark after, and surprisingly gives my room a fresh air!

I have been a prisoner to my own bed due to a heavy flu followed by cough and a series of headaches, and this sticker has been my one and only consolation. All better now, thank God. Nothing fancier than spending an entire weekend in bed, eh?

Happy 4th of July!

I am Indonesian but there's something really vibrant in getting red, blue, and white together. Are you wearing those three colors today? And yes, I bought this cat doll.. (the flag background is my IPad cover) My mom complains on how I'm adding more and more adorable-good-for-nothing item that will ended up in a big box and forgotten. But.. What can I say? I am forever a kid inside.

I gave some tips on how to wear your necklaces with the right necklines!
I am by no way an expert and giving tips only from my experience.
Plus, I always believe trial and error is the best way to learn. Agree?

Background music is Come Awake of My soul from True Worshipper. It  might sounds weird but I listened to at least one song in their Favor album everyday.. The Rescue is out! It's actually Sidney Mohede's album and not True Worshipper. Not a bad album, looove the "In Christ Alone". Such beautiful tear-jerking lyric. Definitely will be my next video background music :)

Welcome, July!

It feels like it was just yesterday we were celebrating NYE and now here we are in the middle of the year already. I hope all of you are well. And I hope all of you are happy. Because a day wasted is a day when you are not laughing :)

As for the outfit, nothing really special. Just my usual vintage getup. I scored this top and shorts on my last vacation to Bangkok. Anyway, where are you going to in this sunny holiday season? Tell tell!
