Hi, everyone.
Spring is in the air and it's the perfect time to bring out your flowery perfumes. I find spring to be my favorite season to wear perfumes since the weather is not too cold where scents are just gone and it's not too hot where scents are amplified tenfold because of the heat. Flowery scent is also my favorite type hence I do have quite a collection of perfumes that are very spring.

An interior refresh is always a good idea for any new season. Yet, for Spring is totally necessary. With the lighter evening and brighter days, it feels right to have a tidy and declutter. It is also necessary to make use of the fresher air. Open the curtains earlier, take-down any blinds that are blocking the light, and ensure your AC unit is working just in case the temperatures get warmer than you were anticipating. Repairs may be necessary if you haven't used the unit for a while throughout the winter. So you may benefit from air-conditioning repair to fix up the electrics and ensure you are set for Spring.
Lighter clothes
Speaking of feeling lighter and fresher for Spring, the
season is a great time to refresh your wardrobe. It's an exciting time as it means you can tuck away all your heavy coats and warm knits, and swap them for lighter jacket and airy cardigans or t-shirts. Spring is a great time to switch to trainers or lighter boots, instead of those that feel clunky.
If you are into dresses and skirts, the Spring is a great time to transition into longer variations of those. You could also wear ribbed dresses or skirts, which provide warmth but look and feel lighter to align with the weather.
Outdoor activities
Springtime is a great time to spend more time outside. Instead of spending the evenings cooped up inside, you can spend them in the garden. You could enjoy an early dinner or or crack out the fairy lights and games when the sun goes down. A great addition to any garden patio is a heater, which will keep you warm on cooler days. Plus, some even doubled up as a BBQ for the summer months.
Stay hydrated
Your skin will also appreciate the warmer and brighter days. To ensure you and your skin stay hydrated while the weather warms up, ensure to keep
drinking plenty of water. While this might seem like an age-old trick, drinking plenty of water really is one of the best things that you can do to make your skin feel refreshed. It is recommended that you drink about 8 glasses of water a day -- you could make it nicer by adding in fruit and vegetables such as cucumber, strawberries, and lemon. You could also have a large water bottle which you can fill up throughout the day as this can encourage you to drink more and keep an eye on how much you are drinking.
Hi, everyone.
First of all, I'm no professional painter and merely doing it as a hobby. I'm also not that great, I would classify my paintings around elementary grade. Another disclaimer, none of the painting I posted here is my original idea; I mostly get the inspiration from the good ole internet and then paint it based on my capability; not trying to perfectly match the original at all since that would be forgery, right? With that being said, without further ado, here is my painting story.

Hi, guys!
I hope this post is not too late since this exhibition will end at March 3rd 2019. You still have a month and a half to visit so chop chop!
Haluu is an art exhibition located at Plaza Indonesia Mall Level 5, Jakarta. They open everyday from 10AM to 9PM (last entry). According to them, Haluu is a whimsical playground of absurdity and nonsense. Explore rooms and rooms of color explosion and playful characters for a memorable day of fun and amusing photo opportunity. Entrance fee is Rp. 100k or around US$8. It's not bad I guess, you get 13 different themed spots to take outfit pics so overall you paid less than a dollar for one spot.
Hi, guys!
First of all, Happy Thanksgiving. Here in my country we don't really celebrate Thanksgiving but I do like the idea of dedicating one day to just gather around your loved ones and being grateful. Altho, of course, you do need to practice gratitude attitude everyday of your life.
Found this adorable little gratitude game while browsing Pinterest and I thought I share it with all of you.
Hi, guys!
I hope you don't mind another couple update from me since I don't have much time to shoot outfit photos, I guess I'll just post about my engagement day last Sunday. In Chinese tradition, two family gathers and introduced each member of the family to the other party. After that, as a symbol, mother of the future groom put on a necklace on the future bride as a symbol that now she is tied to the future groom's family. And yeah, that's pretty much it. After that the future bride's family entertain the future groom's family with lots of good food. And by a lot, I mean a lot. I don't feel like eating again until the next morning.
There's a more traditional ones called "Sangjit" which involves exchanging lots of goods (6 to 12 trays) consisting from household items to personal items like clothing or make up for the ladies. We didn't do that since both of our family are not that traditional and took a more modern simpler route with only 2 trays. I do however, love our matching outfit oh so very much! It's traditional for the bride-to-be to wear a Mandarin collar or cheongsam. Big shout out to my friend Felice for creating our outfit :)
Hi, guys!
It is a new month and I'm excited to share with you some stuff that I have been loving in the past month of February. With 28 days, I do feel like it's a short month but March has lots of exciting things happening too so I'm not exactly sad that February is over. But anyway, let's get started!
My first favourite is definitely this beautiful bouquet of roses from my fiancee that he got for our Valentine's Day dinner. It actually has some glitter all over the petals which I'm not too fond of but I don't care. I just love love love flowers and seeing them in my room just makes me happy.
Hi, guys!
I know it's super late but I don't want to just skip my monthly favourites post so without further ado, here are some stuff that I have been loving in the month of December.
Hi, guys!
The easiest way to get in the holiday mood is having the ultimate Christmas Playlist. It's the playlist that I listen to when I decorate my Christmas tree and pretty much every day in the car on my commute. It's a mix of classic songs as well as some pop songs that you might not to familiar of but I promise each song is super Christmas-y.
Hi, guys!
I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. Before I start my vacation diary posts, I thought I do one thought post and lists five things I'm most thankful for this year.
Hi, everyone!
First of all, apologies that this is a Saturday post and not a Friday ones. I was busy catching up with my TV shows (Agents of Shield, Screamqueens, The Big Bang Theory, Gotham, Westworld; just to name a few) but yeah, I am very excited about this particular post!
I have always loved seeing favorites from other bloggers because it feels very personal and when I see an item that I also really like made it to other people's favorites, I feel connected to that person, you know, like, we could be besties. So I decided to also start my favorites series! This post will contain pretty much anything that I have been loving in the month of October. Although for my first post, I only included fashion and beauty related stuff since I'm not fully prepared (just got the idea last week). But next month I will try to include music, food & drinks, cafes/restaurant.. etc.
Here are my October favorites in no particular order.
Happy Halloween from Asian version of Rosie The Riveter. She's the "We Can Do It!" poster lady from the World War II if you're not familiar with my costume. Delivering some vintage worker vibe with my denim jumpsuit accompanied by major wing liner and red lipstick. I own everything I wore here already except the polkadot headband which I got for less than $1. Easy peasy and super affordable! The only downside is you have to pose all night long. LOL.
Anyway, wishing everyone a great Halloween night!

I never had a prom because when I was in highschool, there's no such thing as prom here in Indonesia. However, in the past three years (I graduated from highschool ten years ago) prom has been quite common among Indonesian highschool. So eventho I wouldn't attend any more prom nights, sometimes I imagine what I would've wear if I had the chance :)
Here listed are my top three choices from PromTimes.co.uk
Last weekend, one of my dearest (and oldest) friend finally tied the knot to her Prince Charming! They are now on a honeymoon but I thought I posted a tidbits from the garden nuptial since we took so many photos anyway. I particularly love the soft peachy color of our bridesmaid dress with the pale bouquet of flowers.
Feeling particularly old since I'm
turning 26 yo today. In turn, my birthday always make me a little bit
reflective about life.. Hence, I decided to write this post. Most of
them are inspired by other people's post but there are a lot of
personal experiences too . Some are funny some are deep, but all of
them I sure have learned.
It has been awhile since I was approached to do a sponsored post so I'm quite excited with this one! Not to mention that
Rosegal has great fashion items, not just clothing, but also accesories and even the latest craze of temporary tattoos. They also have an impressive
collection of hats and my favorite is this stripey number. So perfect for your little black dress or even your little black romper.
This pretty stripey straw hat is just the best because it's unlike other hats that I've ever seen. Very rarely I see a stripey straw hat. In case you want to grab it, you can click
here
You can definitely pair that cute stripey hat number with a solid black romper. Romper is still trending thanks to its chic sillhoutte. Click
here to place your order.
This jewelry tattoo is the perfect accesory for those late night party. It's cute and cheap and you don't have to be afraid of losing it while dancing! You can get one by clicking
here
My favorite part is the free shipping worldwide part of course! I always dread those $20 fee when something I bought is not even that expensive! Anyway, they are having an anniversary promo so it's the perfect time to shop :)
Have a nice day shopping, all!
Attended Liebeskind Store Opening yesterday at Paris van Java. It was my very first store opening event so I was quite excited! Thank you Urban Icon Store for having me :)
Liebeskind provides leather handbags and other small leather goods with reasonable prices too! The crowds were very enthusiastic as well. I heard there were fights to get the most wanted bags. People lined up on the cashier in very short time.
