No I didn't turn into a red-haired girl. I wish I had such courage! I did dyed my hair into this sort of plum-ish, dark purple, color a year ago and I'm considering to dyed it back. Except it seems like my hair can't retain color for too long. My purple hair turned into dark brown faster than I can say "hair-ology".

Totally going to rock this hairstyle for overwhelming heat in summer days.
Black, white, and red are the theme for this post. I guess you all knew it by now. The red headband is actually for my youth (church) costume this Saturday. Planning to give all the ushers this hairstyle. The head department ask us (costume department) to make the ushers look catchy and cute. This hairstyle managed it quite well, I guess.

Animal prints but not the leopard ones, more like the prints you'll find in children's clothes, are my second favorite prints after floral. It's fun and cute but not too girly like floral prints. I'd like to pretend that I look younger when I'm wearing such dresses. Haha. I have an old face. People always mistakes me as the big sister. Not too happy about that. But not exactly sad too. I do feel like that means I am a mature independent looking gal. I'm weird, I know.

So turned out, to feel better about myself, God reminded me that there's something bigger than me. I was one of the dancer in World Prayer Assembly held at Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta yesterday. I was honored. It snapped me back to the reality that the world doesn't revolve around me. There are so many lost souls out there and it is our job to spread the salvation :)
Click those links to see the dances! I really really can't believe after one year of practicing in the rain and practicing in the sun, it turned out to be like THAT. These dancers are really, although not all of them are dancers, seriously blessed and I was more than honored to ever know them. (Well, obviously, not ALL of them. There are like 1000 dancers) Many thanks to choreographers and coreo assistants who had put up with us and not giving up on us with our stiff limbs. Haha. It was an honor too. To be honest, we had NO real practice in the field of GBK itself. Still, it was perfect because He made it so. It wasn't by our strength or our wisdom, but only by His grace.
Major love for the glowing star in our costumes! Dance of Stars is at the end of part 1 and the beginning of part 2.
I know, I know, I am way behind on my 30 from 30 Challenge. Will pick up where I left off and hopefully I can catch it up so I can finish the challenge on the end of May.

I don't really own any bow tie so I improvised. Both bow ties are actually hair pins. I just pinned them through the button hole on the collar. I know, I'm super smart like that!
This week has been quite peculiar so far. Ambiguous in all sort of ways. I feel tired all the time. Restless. Timid. I can't seem to feel excited about anything. It seems life truly is just a river. Flows whatever the river-bed takes me. I guess it's just life getting the best of me. And maybe, being sleep deprived took major role too. I do look forward for Sunday. My sister is treating her friends (and me!) for lunch. I guess all I need is girlfriend time and a really good laugh with my closest ones.
